On January 25th, the third “Belt and Road” Economic and Environmental Cooperation Forum(BREE) was held in Beijing. This forum is jointly sponsored by the China Environmental Protection Federation, the “Belt and Road” Green Development International Alliance, the “Belt and Road” Environmental Technology Exchange and Transfer Center (Shenzhen)), and the Beijing Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Center. BREE aims to promote the establishment of a national dialogue mechanism for the “Belt and Road” Initiative and explore practical cooperation. Nearly 500 representatives from relevant departments and embassies in China, liaison agencies, relevant ministries and commissions, local governments, research institutions, and enterprises from "Belt and Road" initiative partner countries attended the forum. Zhao Yingmin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, attended the event via video and delivered a speech.

It has been proved to be a green and economical process for POME treatment and widely applied in many palm oil mills, especially in Malaysia and Indonesia.
TFT will continue to respond to national policies, uphold the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind, actively promote the communication of green environmental protection industries and technologies with the “Belt and Road” initiative partner countries; exert a demonstration effect and promote the implementation of more green and low-carbon development cooperation projects. TFT will contribute to support the green and low-carbon transformation of “Belt and Road” initiative partner countries, jointly respond to global environmental challenges, and the implementation of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
